Rope training for rooms with low ceilings, tight footprints, and every body.

The VLT is the compact answer to the VMX — same Dynamic Magnetic Brake System, lighter frame, smaller footprint, and a quick-release seat that pops off for standing work or wheelchair access. Originally designed for Armed Forces use aboard ship vessels where ceiling height is a real constraint, it works just as well in a finished basement, a clinic, or any commercial floor where a full-size VMX would be overkill.

ADA compliant out of the box. 1 to 200 lb of bidirectional magnetic resistance.
