The RX505 HYDRA is the entry-point to RopeFlex rope training. A friction drum with adjustable resistance — no electronics, no tools needed to change load, just grab the rope differently for more or less resistance. Add a J-Hook adapter and it bolts to any 2×2″ or 3×3″ rack at any pull angle.
